Join HJS Pilates at Flex DC 1-hour mat Pilates workout. Together, we'll groove to an energizing playlist and flow through a series of exercises designed to condition muscles, increase range of motion, and enhance balance and coordination.
Whether you're a beginner or you've been practicing Pilates for a while, this class is for you! All you need is a mat, water, comfy clothes, and good vibes! Additional props will be optional and communicated prior to the class.
